Friendly helpful staff, easy check in and out. Our Junior Suite was large and comfy - especially the large firm bed, good shower and a separate bath. Good heating too. Standard Breakfast selection - a choice that should suit all. The Pool area looked good - it was mid March so we did'nt use. We took the walk up the valley only going about halfway but its off the road with good views - enough to work up an appetite for the two excellent Dinners we had - the Chef is very good and at good prices too.

The lady at the reception was very friendly and helpful! Check in / Check out process was fast and hustle free. The room was perfectly clean.

The atmosphere is pretty good and elegant.. It's a lovely environment, quiet and relaxing.

Very clean, big room. Kind personnel. Residential area. Good breakfast. We did not want to pay for the parking, and there is lots of street parking nearby.

Everything was great. Very comfortable bed, the room was clean and warm. Friendly staff. There was also a parking space right next to the hotel.
